1. Definitions

Leelaboti refers to the merchant; Customer means purchaser; SSLCommerz is the authorized payment gateway; Website means www.leelaboti.com.

2. Product Information

Products are subject to availability. Images and colours may vary slightly. Pearls and handcrafted jewellery may have natural variations. Other exclusive products like leather items for women and man daily life use, exclusive clothing, Bedsheets, Life style products etc.

3. Pricing

Prices are in BDT and may change without notice until payment is completed.

4. Order Acceptance

Orders are confirmed after successful payment, merchant verification and customer acceptance.

5. Payment Settlement

5.1 Payments are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant SSLCommerz. Leelaboti does not store card credentials.

5.2 In case of Payment Refund/Reverse, no additional charges will be applicable except bKash. 2.5% charges will not be reimbursed to the account holder in bKash refund or reverse cases.

5.3 International transactions are typically settled automatically, but Leelaboti reserves the right to place a transaction on hold for verification if flagged as potentially fraudulent, in which case the purchaser may be required to submit the following: (a) Delivery Invoice, (b) Courier tracking ID, (c) a valid ID card (Passport copy or Driving License), and (d) a scanned photo of the front of the bank card used, with only the first 6 and last 4 digits visible and all other digits blurred; failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation, and Leelaboti will never request the CVV, PIN, or OTP.

6. Payment Security

Only authorized payment methods may be used. Fraudulent transactions may be declined.

7. Fraud Prevention

Identity verification may be required. Suspicious orders may be cancelled.

8. Delivery

Inside Dhaka: 3-5 working days. Outside Dhaka: 5-10 working days.

9. Inspection

Report shortages or damage within 48 hours with photos.

10. Exchange

Unused products may be exchanged within 7 days, subject to policy.

11. Return & Refund

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-12 working days subject to other terms and conditions compliance.

12. Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered as applicable. Misuse is excluded.

13. Chargeback

Customers should contact formally Leelaboti before initiating a chargeback.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

15. Privacy

Customer data is used only for order processing and support.

16. Intellectual Property

All website content and designs belong to Leelaboti.

17. Limitation of Liability

Leelaboti is not liable for bank, courier or force majeure delays. SSLCommerz is responsible only for payment processing.

18. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

19. Product Authenticity Claims

19.1 Leelaboti guarantees that all products sold through its website are genuine and accurately described in accordance with the product specifications published at the time of sale.

19.2 If a Customer believes that a product received from Leelaboti is not genuine or does not conform to the stated product specifications, the Customer must notify Leelaboti in writing within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery.

19.3 The Customer may submit the product for examination by a Government-approved or internationally recognized gemological, metallurgical, or testing laboratory, as applicable to the product type. The laboratory report must clearly identify the product and state the basis for any claim regarding its authenticity or composition.

19.4 If the independent laboratory report confirms that the product is not genuine or materially differs from the specifications provided by Leelaboti, Leelaboti shall: Accept the return of the product; Refund the full purchase price paid by the Customer through the original payment method; and Reimburse the reasonable laboratory testing cost, provided prior written approval for the testing was obtained from Leelaboti or the claim is found to be valid.

19.5 If the laboratory report confirms that the product is genuine and conforms to Leelaboti's published specifications, the Customer shall not be entitled to a refund or replacement on the basis of authenticity. The product shall remain the property of the Customer, and any laboratory or related costs shall be borne by the Customer.

19.6 Both the Customer and Leelaboti agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any authenticity claim. The entire review and resolution process should, where reasonably practicable, be completed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the Customer received the product, subject to any delay caused by the testing laboratory or other circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control.
